How long have you been working for the dataglobal Group?
I have been working for the dataglobal Group for about a year now, since 01.04.2023.
What are your tasks as a working student in Marketing?
I mainly provide support with marketing mailings and our social media activities. Every now and then I create a few presentations and keep our digital filing structure clean and tidy π
What excites you most about marketing at the dg Group?
I am particularly attracted by the variety of my tasks. I don’t do the same thing every day and have a lot of variety. I’m always learning something new, which not only helps me in my day-to-day work, but also in my studies.

What do you think are our most important marketing goals in the near future?
Of course, we want to increase our brand awareness and create a wide reach through social media in particular, but we also want to generate more leads through the webcasts that we hold regularly and advertise in advance.
What do you think is going really well in marketing? What successes have we achieved in the recent past?
Our marketing department is already doing very well. The fact that we now process everything from a Group perspective makes our work much easier. As we now use a cross-location marketing tool, we can now send mailings to all customers and partners, regardless of business unit, and no longer have to go to the trouble of creating each mailing several times.
Our social media strategy is also bearing fruit: with our LinkedIn account, we have managed to gain more followers and cracked the 300 mark in the first quarter.
And of course our first trade fair appearance as the dataglobal Group was also a great success for us. It was a lot of fun and the stand attracted a lot of attention, especially thanks to the great design.
How is the cooperation with colleagues and the general cooperation in the team and in the Group in general?
I work in a great team and the collaboration works very well. In general, I can say that it’s fun to work in a group, because no matter who I need input from, from which department and from which location, I always get feedback quickly. So the collaboration works really well.
How would you describe the corporate culture of the dg Group in your own words?
It’s a bit like a start-up in that many things are being rethought. It is very relaxed, even if we set ourselves clear goals that we are working towards. The flexibility at work ensures a pleasant working atmosphere.
