Creating digitalized workplaces – the digital workplace of Stadtwerke Gießen
Task definition
Stadtwerke Gießen’s aim was to improve customer communication and to be able to process customer and partner inquiries more quickly and precisely. To achieve this, a digital workplace and digital processes should optimally support the employees of the municipal utilities in this endeavor.
Solution
All relevant information from the SAP system and other relevant sources is brought together in dataglobal CS and made available in the digital workplace. Processes are converted into digital workflows and mapped in the standardized web-based interface. Throughput times are shortened and processes are processed more easily and quickly.

The digital processes enable the municipal utilities to respond more quickly to inquiries from customers and business partners. Customer satisfaction is significantly increased and thus the competitiveness of Stadtwerke Gießen.
