Lukas Sosovicka is the new CFO of the dataglobal Group

Heilbronn, September 19, 2024 – dataglobal Group, a leading provider of digital workplace solutions, announces a change in management.
Lukas Sosovicka becomes Managing Director and assumes the role of CFO of the Group.
The 38-year-old replaces Dr. Uwe Schwellbach, who is leaving the company at his own request.

Focus on operational efficiency, profitability and growth

In his new role as CFO of dataglobal Group, Sosovicka will establish strategic and inclusive financial leadership to maximize both operational efficiency and profitability and drive the Group’s growth.

Extensive experience in integration processes

Sosovicka brings with him valuable experience from various industries.
Most recently, as CFO for Italy & New Markets at AniCura, he was responsible for the integration and merger of around 30 companies.
As Head of Finance & Accounting DACH at Royal Canin, he introduced measures to optimize profitability and automate financial accounting.
In previous positions – including at DB Schenker – he was responsible for the introduction of management KPIs and reporting in Controlling.
He also stands for a team-oriented management style with open communication and continuous feedback.

Creating a decision-making basis for the strategic orientation of the Group

The dataglobal Group was formed from the merger of four successful companies. Under the motto “The World is Your Workplace”, it brings together powerful software solutions for the digital workplace in a holistic, innovative approach.
Established solutions for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) under the windream and dataglobal CS product brands are combined with the vysoft solutions for resource management and eXpurgate Mail Security in a user-oriented way.
